Saccade Metrics: An automated tool to summarise pro and antisaccade data

We introduce here Saccade Metrics, an automated program that we have developed in-house at Saccade Diagnostics. Saccade Metrics summarise pro and antisaccade features with minimal manual intervention.


Features of Saccade Metrics

  • Reads binary EDF data for an individual

  • Converts binary data to ASC format

  • Creates plots of eye movement data across time for each trial

  • Captures important events of eye movement data

  • Compares the events with manual recording system

  • Summarises eye movement variables for each trial

  • Summarises eye movement variables for each individual

  • Creates summary plots and summary statistics for each phenotype
